About Me
I am usually a quiet person but I do have two passions that when brought up, I can talk about either one for hours - God and Cakes!
As for cakes, I’ve been baking for about 25 years and I'm proud to say that I still make cakes the way mom did, and that is, HOMEMADE!
Whenever we had family gatherings, I was the one that no matter what the occasion, it was a given that I would be bringing the cake.
It was meant to be!
After years of saying no, when asked if I did Wedding or Birthday cakes, I finally agreed to do the 25th Wedding Anniversary cake for one of my dearest friends, Darlene. I did it, and she loved it!
I decided to take cake decorating classes and after successfully completing three Wilton Cake Decorating courses in December of 2007, I was hooked.
Well, the rest is history.
